Secretary and PE Casey visited 3 Rotary Clubs in Yokohama, Japan in June 2014. At each meeting Casey gave a brief speech about need for responsible parenthood and family planning in the Philippines to aid the situations of jobless, poverty, hunger and environmental destruction due to overpopulation and asked for financial assistance.
Their district 2590 covers Yokohama and Kawasaki area and consists of about 60 clubs totaling over 2,000 members. Casey exchanged the banner of Multinational Manila Club with the following:
