On December 19, 2018 RIMM conducted a seminar on “Responsible Parenthood” and Christmas gift giving at the Brgy. Sicat hall.
Thirty (30) indigent women attended the event. A registered nurse (Ms. Stella) of Alfonso Rural Health Unit taught the women all of the different forms of contraceptives. During the seminar, some women who are on pills decided to undergo sub-dermal implant with the assistance of Ms. Stella.
After the seminar RIMM gave 30 sacks of rice, canned goods, noodles, firewood, used clothing from Japan, bath soaps and hygiene kits.
The 30 indigent women and Brgy. Sicat officials were very appreciative of the meaningful event.
