Mental health through art theater workshop was held at Phase 2 Clubhouse Robinsons Vineyard Subdivision Dasmariñas, Cavite on October 22, 2022.
There were about 15+ high school students participated in the workshop from Alfonso, Dasmariñas and Imus.
The participants were facilitated to work on various exercises in coping up on mental health issues of their own and in their communities. The exercises taught at the workshop helped them identify and managed their own mental health issues. Confidence building techniques were also employed to equip them in handling and giving solutions to their problems. The workshop was for teens at the age of 13 to 17 years old. Head Facilitator was Elvi B. Bueta assisted by Arlen de Pedro both seasoned theater practitioners.
Rotary Club of Multinational Manila (RIMM) donated the transportation cost of the twelve participants from Alfonso, Cavite area.
